15. Doing something you enjoy is a proven coping strategy for stress
Stress tends to make us forget about the good things in life. Take the time to do what you love to do. Doing something that you’re passionate about activates your pleasure centers and releases endorphins, which is also released during exercise.[21]
What to do: Find something that makes you happy, whether it’s reading a book, playing a musical instrument, dancing, hiking, or even skydiving. Make time to pursue it and you might find your mood and spirits lifting.
