Complete the following reps for each exercise without any rest.
But take those water breaks when you need them!
- 50 shoulder push ups
- 20 knee hug crunches
- 25 inchworm push ups
- 20 side plank toe touch (on each side)
- 40 knee to elbow plank
- 50 plank shoulder taps (alternating sides after each tap)
- 40 rotating planks (alternating)
- 100 plank jacks
- 50 tricep dips
- 40 lying leg raises
- Extra thick mat for yoga, gym, and everyday exercise
