Researchers have demonstrated that aerobic exercise can help improve creative thinking.
The creative potential of study participants that performed aerobic exercise was much greater than those that simply watched a video.[3]
What to do: Plan your creative projects for after moderate aerobic exercise as the study participants were most creative immediately after exercising, and for 2 hours thereafter. Even a 15 minute brisk walk will help boost creativity.
