4. Reclining Twist:

Twists can be used both practically and figuratively to release energy. Ever seen the clothes being wriggled? Twisting your body is a useful way to ease the negative things like anxiety, stress and panic attacks.

How to Do Reclining Twist:

  • Extend the legs forward in front lying flat against the back.
  • Bring the right knee to the chest and grab the outside edge of the knee with the left hand.
  • Guide the right knee to the left.
  • Make sure to keep the shoulders placed against the mat so that the twist covers the belly.
